If you're new to buying and selling goods and services online, below are some suggestions that will make your ad more effective.

1. Gather the info you will need before you build your ad. It’s a good idea to have your items next to you when you begin building your ad.
2. Try to anticipate questions people may have, and include them in the ad description. If there will be shipping costs, you may want to specify who will pay for shipping.
3. INCLUDE A PHOTO - if possible, include a photo(s) of the item(s) in your ad. We include the ability to upload up to 3 images during the ad-building process.
4. After registering with The Golf Classifieds you will receive an email with your username and password. Keep these handy as you may find it necessary to edit/modify your ad at a later date.
5. When you have negotiated a satisfactory price with your buyer, be sure to confirm the final cost, shipping charges, and exchange contact/address information.
6. If you are a private seller (non-business), you may want to consider using a service like PayPal. Paypal allows you to make and receive payments safely and electronically.
