All classified advertisements will be reviewed by TGC and are subject to approval by TGC. Any attempt to simulate the form of the TGC web site is not permitted. TGC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any advertising at any time for any reason. Reasons for cancellation include but are not limited to the following: Not directly related to the golf industry; inappropriate content; off topic content; non-payment; visual or graphic defects; Incomplete design or appearance/size issues. Placing Ads:
If you communicate with TGC by placing ads, responding to the advertisers directly through the site, participate in any mail lists, chat rooms, bulletin boards, or other forum within the site, you agree to not:
1. defame, abuse, harass or threaten others;
2. make any bigoted, hateful or racially offensive statements;
3. advocate illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent to commit them;

5. post or distribute any vulgar, obscene, discourteous or indecent language or images;
6. post or distribute any software or other materials which contain a virus or other harmful component; or

TGC reserves the right to remove or edit ads, messages or material submitted by you. TGC is not responsible for material submitted to or ads posted on TGC, responses to ads, information posted in any mailing list, chat rooms, bulletin boards, or other forum by users of the site. By communicating with TGC through posting ads, responding to ads, comments and feedback, participating in any mailing list, chat rooms, bulletin boards, or other forum in the site you grant TGC an irrevocable, transferable and worldwide right to use, reproduce, publicly perform and display, distribute, sublicense, and sell any information, suggestions, ideas, drawings or concepts communicated to TGC for any purpose TGC chooses, commercial, public or otherwise, without any compensation to you whatsoever.

Termination:
This agreement is effective until terminated by TGC for any reason, with or without notice. Upon any termination of this agreement, you will immediately discontinue your use and access of the site and destroy all materials obtained from it.
Refunds:
TGC does not offer any refunds of any kind for any reason.
Updates:
TGC may amend or modify this Agreement or impose new conditions at any time upon inclusion of a notice on the site signifying that this agreement has been updated. Any use of the site by you after such update shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such amendments, modifications or new conditions.
