Banner Advertising Terms and Conditions
Banner ads accepted for The Golf Classifieds LLC (“TGC”) are subject to all Terms and Conditions contained herein.
Terms of Acceptance
All banner advertisements will be reviewed by TGC and are subject to approval by TGC. Any attempt to simulate the form of the TGC Web site is not permitted. TGC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any advertising at any time for any reason. Reasons for cancellation include but are not limited to the following: Not directly related to the golf industry; inappropriate content; off topic content; non-payment; visual or graphic defects; Incomplete design or appearance/size issues. If you’re unsure if your banner ad meets our guidelines, please contact us.
Banner Ad Size
We only offer one size banner – 120px wide X 60px tall. We will not accommodate banners of any other size.

Banner Ad format
Banner ad must be in .jpg or .gif format and smaller than 8kb in size. We do permit animated ads.
A maximum of 25 characters can be used for the associated text. The associated text and the banner image will be linked to the provided URL.
Banner Ad Placement
Banner ads are displayed on the classified ad listing pages for all classified categories (e.g. Clubs, Accessories, Apparel, etc). Advertisers have the option of selecting which category listing pages they want their banner to appear when placing their ad. Advertisers can choose 1 category only, or up to all 10 categories. The price is the same.
Banner Ad Cost
The cost to advertise a banner on TGC is $49.00 per month. You can establish a Pay Pal account (if you don’t already have one) or pay by Credit Card. Advertisers are automatically billed monthly until such time as they cancel their banner ad (by logging into their banner ad account and deactivating it), or by contacting TGC and asking it be cancelled. Expect 24 – 48 hours for cancellation.
Refunds
The Golf Classifieds does not offer any refunds of any kind.
Warranty and Indemnification
Advertiser represents and warrants that all rights, including but not limited to any copyrights, patent rights or other intellectual property rights, arising out of, or relating to, advertising materials are either owned by the advertiser or the advertiser has full authority from each owner of each such right to allow TGC to transmit such advertising materials on the TGC web site. Any advertising agency through whom advertiser places advertising through, hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold TGC, its directors, officers employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages and expenses of any nature arising out of or relating to any breech of foregoing warranties or the transmission of the advertising materials, including but not limited to claims based on invasion of privacy, right of publicity, libel, copyright or trademark infringement, or other causes of action.
Limitation of Liability
TGC expressly disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with regard to its advertising services, including any and all oral and written information communicated about such services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TGC be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of this agreement, even if TGC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to advertiser. In no case, and under no theory of law, shall TGC's liability for any error exceed the amount due or paid for the advertisement that gave rise to the aforementioned error.
Full Agreement
This agreement represents the full and complete statement of the Terms and Conditions under which TGC will accept advertising. No conditions, printed or otherwise, appearing in insertion orders, contract, insertion instructions, or any other form of correspondence that conflict with these terms and conditions will be binding on TGC.
