Q: How much does it cost to place a banner ad?
A: The cost is $49.00 per month.You can establish a Pay Pal account (if you don’t already have one) or pay by Credit Card. You will be billed monthly directly from PayPal
Q: How long will my banner ad run?
A: Your banner ad will run until you cancel it. You can cancel it by emailing us to cancel your ad. Please include the Title of your Banner Ad in the email.
Q: What pages of the site will my banner be displayed?
A: Banner ads are displayed on the classified ad listing pages. When placing your ad you will have the option of selecting which classified ad listing pages you would like your banner displayed (e.g. Clubs, Accessories, Apparel, etc). You can choose to have your banner displayed in any (or all) of the classified categories -- the price is the same.
Q: What is the allowable size and format of my banner ad?
A: Banners must be exactly 120 long X 60 tall.We will not accommodate banners of any other sizes. Banner ad must be in .jpg or .gif format and smaller than 8kb in size. We do permit animated ads.
Q: Am I guaranteed a minimum number of monthly page views?
A: We do not guarantee a minimum number of page views each month. However, our web site currently gets approximately 15,000 unique visitors/month (60,000 page views), so we expect the average banner ad to be viewed a minimum of 10,000 times per month by a very targeted audience (golfers). While our cost is only $49 per month, larger sites typically charge anywhere from $250 to $1000 for similar exposure.
Q: How do I cancel my banner ad?
A: You can cancel your ad at any time by emailing us to cancel your ad. Please include the Title of your Banner Ad in the email. Expect 24 – 48 hours for cancellation.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: The Golf Classifieds does not offer refunds of any kind.
